Experience the Benefits of Ayurvedic Bodywork
Shirodhara: Warm Oil Head Treatment
Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic therapy that involves gently pouring a continuous stream of warm oil over the forehead, specifically the "third eye" area. This treatment promotes deep relaxation, helps relieve stress, anxiety, and insomnia, and supports mental clarity. Traditionally used to balance the mind and body, shirodhara can enhance overall well-being and restore a sense of calm.
Marma Therapy: Ayurvedic Acupressure
Marma therapy is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that focuses on stimulating specific energy points in the body, known as marma points, to promote physical and mental healing. These points, similar to acupressure or acupuncture locations, are believed to influence vital life energy, or prana. By applying gentle pressure or massage to these areas, marma therapy aims to relieve tension, improve circulation, enhance detoxification, and support overall well-being. It is commonly used to address pain, stress, and various health conditions while fostering balance between the body and mind.
Abhyanga: Nourishing Full body Oil Treatment
Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic practice involving a full-body oil massage. Using warm, herb-infused oils tailored to the individual's dosha, it promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and supports detoxification. Regular abhyanga is believed to nourish the skin, calm the nervous system, and enhance overall vitality. This ancient therapy integrates seamlessly into wellness routines aimed at restoring balance and encouraging holistic health.

what people are saying…
“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing my first Shirodhara treatment with Amy, and it was truly special. The gentle sensation of warm oil streaming over my forehead and hair was incredibly soothing, and I quickly felt my mind becoming peaceful and my body beginning to melt into the massage table. I felt present, yet spacious and serene. Amy also offered gentle bodywork during the treatment, which felt deeply nourishing. I highly recommend trying this unique and calming treatment.”

“I had the honor of receiving Ayurvedic treatment from my dear friend and mentor, Amy Eldredge, a gifted practitioner whose heart-centered approach embodies the deep healing wisdom of this timeless science.
My experience was nothing short of transformative. I received a combination of therapies that are not only deeply relaxing but profoundly restorative—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Here's a glimpse into what each one is and how it works:
Abhyanga – This is a warm oil massage using oils tailored to your constitution (dosha). Abhyanga nourishes the skin, calms the nervous system, improves circulation, and helps remove toxins (Ama) from the tissues. The rhythmic strokes create a grounding sense of safety and wholeness.
-Marma Therapy – These are energy points on the body (like acupressure points) that connect physical and energetic channels. Gentle pressure or oil application to these points clears blocked energy, supports organ systems, and enhances mental clarity. Amy’s intuitive touch brought a sense of emotional release and deep inner peace.
-Hridaya Basti (Heart Basti) – A warm medicated oil treatment held over the heart chakra using a dough ring. This therapy is deeply nurturing for the emotional heart—it’s used to soothe grief, anxiety, heartbreak, and to restore joy. I felt my chest soften, as if layers of tension and sorrow were melting away.
-Shirodhara – A gentle, steady stream of warm oil poured over the forehead. This treatment calms the mind, regulates hormones, improves sleep, and helps with anxiety, PTSD, and emotional imbalances. I felt as though I had dropped into a timeless state of calm—a true meditation beyond words.
Each of these therapies is beautiful on its own, but combined, they are soul medicine.
I’m so grateful to be supported by Amy's skill and love as I continue this healing journey. If you ever feel the call to reset, to release, or to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, I can’t recommend this work highly enough.
Ayurveda reminds us that true healing begins from within—guided by nature, love, and presence.”
