Meet Amy

✨ Amy Eldredge — Intuitive Healer, Ayurveda Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner, Meditation Teacher
Amy Eldredge teaches from the heart with a blend of sweetness, authenticity, humor, and deeply attuned intuitive-healing.
With more than 24 years as a Nurse Practitioner, she has supported individuals across every stage of life, bringing a grounded clinical foundation to her holistic work.
A Transformative Path in Ayurveda
Amy’s journey into Ayurveda began in 2016 and fundamentally reshaped her understanding of healing. The ancient system’s emphasis on balance, cooperation with nature, and honoring life’s organic rhythms offered her a new lens through which to understand health and wholeness.
She completed the Ayurveda Health Counselor Program at the Boston Ayurveda School in 2022 and is certified through the National Ayurveda Medical Association. In 2026, she expanded her training by completing the Ayurveda Practitioner Program with the Yoga Veda Institute of Medicine, deepening her ability to guide others through this traditional healing system.
Lineage, Practice, and Teaching
Amy’s work is also shaped by her long‑standing meditation practice and years of study with Paul Muller‑Ortega, PhD. She has been teaching folks the deeply potent and life enhancing daily practice of Neelakantha Meditation since 2021. She has offered yogasana classes in her community since 2026, sharing embodied practices that support clarity, vitality, and inner steadiness.
Living Fully, Teaching Fully
Amy lives and teaches in upstate New York, where she embraces a full and vibrant life as a spouse, mother, cook, hiker, crew rower, kayaker, and lover of nature. Her daily meditation practice is deep, regular, and foundational to everything she offers.
She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, cultivating intuition, and restoring indigenous wisdom to the collective culture. She travels to teach groups, lead events, and facilitate workshops, bringing her grounded presence and joyful approach wherever she goes.
Global Collaboration & Culture Shift
Together with young leaders of the Talloires Network’s For Youth, By Youth Movement, Amy is co‑creating curriculum in Ayurveda and wellness to help spark a global culture shift—one that prioritizes, celebrates, and delights in self‑care.
