Join us for a long weekend of practice and teaching immersed in the space of the heart!

We will practice in a heated yurt nestled in a beautiful meadow a short walk from the Inn. 

Details:

Programming starting Wednesday evening Oct 21st after dinner at the venue:

• Thursday, Friday & Saturday morning and afternoon sessions

  Closing session Sunday morning

  (Tentative schedule subject to change)

• Cost: $1105 includes all programming and lunch and dinner meals for 4 days through Saturday. Lunch and dinner provided through Saturday dinner by chef extraordinaire Wynde Kate.

  • Note: Lodging and breakfast are NOT included in the cost and will be coordinated separately. 

• Lodging and breakfast: available at the meditation mandala venue the Bark Eater Inn.  Please contact Amy directly to make your reservation for the Bark Eater Inn. This will fill so do not delay if you want to stay on site. You are welcome to obtain local lodging and commute to the venue.

  • Note: All rooms are currently being held for our group so it will appear online as no rooms are available online when in fact they are. Please contact Amy to reserve a room.

    Also, this is a breakfast option (for those staying off site): $25 for each Saturday or Sunday if someone is NOT staying at the Bark Eater Inn and would like to join for breakfast. This MUST be arranged ahead of time. Let me know if you want to have breakfast with us Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday at the Inn. If you are staying at the Bark Eater Inn this is included in your room fees. Link to see breakfast details here.

  • To join us for the Meditation Mandala October 21-25th, 2026

    Non-refundable deposit $850 to secure spot and non-refundable balance of $255 plus lodging cost due 7/1/26

    Due to financial commitments to the venue, deposits and payments are non-refundable if you cancel. If you cancel and we are able to fill your spot you will receive a full refund after the event. Travel insurance may be a good option if you are flying in. If the organizers cancel the event you will receive a full refund deposit and payment.
