    This program will be taught in 3 modules via weekly live zoom gatherings.

    These modules are interconnected but not sequential therefore the program can be started at the beginning of any of the modules and the entire sequence can be repeated to experience ongoing support to maximize growth overtime.

  • Embodied Ease Module: Putting ease into action in all aspects of life to fulfill your life’s unique and highest purpose

    All calls will be recorded and available to watch if you can not make the live calls.

  • Habits Module: 10 weeks January - March 2024

    Intuition Module: 8 weeks April -June 2024

    No class 4/24, 5/8, 5/22

  • Summer break July - August

  • Embodied Ease Module: 8 weeks September - November 2024

  • Holiday Break December through after the New Year

  • The next module begins in April 2024 and subsequently will be taught in three 8 week modules.
