what people are saying …

“After hearing from two people l trusted that Amy Eldredge ‘really knows her stuff’ and had helped them and, liking that she had the solid background of a nurse practitioner as well as an Ayurvedic practice, l made an appointment to see her.

Insomnia has been a big problem for me for decades so l had my doubts that Ayurveda would suddenly transform me into an 8-9 hour a night sleeper. I’m here to report that that is exactly what’s happened. Within weeks of first seeing Amy and adopting the dietary and very simple self-care practices she recommended, my sleep and digestion improved. Over the course of the year since, l’ve been (with rare exceptions) sleeping like when l was a child, waking deeply rested, feeling positive, and comfortable in my body in a way l didn’t know was possible at the age of 71. Highly recommended.”

“Amy is the only appointment I will happily wake up for at 8am!! Her kind and gentle energy make listening and learning about your own health feel more approachable. I’d been struggling with poor eating habits and digestive issues for more than a year when I had my first appointment. Using Amy’s guidance, I have been able to incorporate Ayurvedic practices into my daily routine that continue to make me feel better over one year later! I love reaching out to her with more questions as time goes on, she’s a fountain of knowledge and always quick to respond with a helpful solution.”

-Marleigh Hill

“I had a wonderful experience with Amy finding out more about ayurvedic ways of treating your body and mind. She is very intuned with what she does. She listened carefully and provided me with a great plan to follow. She is open hearted and really easy to work with. I appreciate you, Amy. Thank you.”

-Zuzana Bystrianska

“I have had a beautiful experience working with Amy towards my Ayurvedic goals. Firstly, she is a beautiful human being and a delight to be with - wise, open-hearted, and one who listens fully. She is a gentle and strong guide and mentor stewarding me through this ancient yet new-to-me terrain of Ayurveda.

To my amazement, she has helped me resolve over twenty years of insomnia. Thanks to Amy’s work I now sleep fully each night and feel rested and rejuvenated upon waking in the morning. Amazing!

Amy makes gentle suggestions and recommendations, “considerations” for me to follow as I feel comfortable and ready. The self-care and dietary changes have impacted my daily life beyond sleep and rest, helping me transition with the season of Autumn (a time of year when I tend to get both agitated and somewhat depressed) easily and happily. I am awed and wonderfully pleased.

Thank you so much Amy! I am thrilled to have you as not only my Nurse Practitioner, but my Ayurvedic Practitioner as well. My health care is in such great hands.”

-Mandy M.

Working with Amy has been such an eye opening experience! Her intuitive considerations and suggestions are on point, practical, and easy to integrate with my daily routines.

Her professionalism, understanding, and encouragement has allowed me to explore Ayurveda with ease and curiosity as I move towards a healthier, more intuitive lifestyle that is in sync with my personal experience.”

-Joanna H.

Under Amy’s guidance, the irritable bowel and digestive issues that have plagued me since childhood have largely disappeared. I can now enjoy dairy and legumes without discomfort.

Her understanding of Ayurvedic principles, enhanced by her experience in Western medicine, is thorough and her meditation practice provides her with keen intuition and ability to “see” a person as a functioning system then apply those principles with heart and tact.

Amy is sensitive to other’s needs and emotionally intelligent, and gently guided me to incorporate changes to my diet and try “potions”.

Amy has developed a seasonal cleansing protocol that’s easy to do and comes with lots of peer support. Highly recommended!

-Jackie B.

Working with Amy is like finding a comfortable pair of shoes! She listens, validates, and offers suggestions in a nonjudgmental way. Amy offered multiple options for addressing my concerns that actually fit for me and my situation. I have been able to integrate tools in a sustainable way and have seen improvements with my digestion, hot flashes, dry eye and skin.

I highly recommend working with Amy if you have health issues that have not been helped by typical western medicine.

-Shannon R.

“Working with Amy has allowed me to clarify and move forward with my health goals. She is a deeply insightful practitioner, and her ability to understand both Ayurveda and conventional medicine made working with her an exceptional experience in every way possible.

I have already seen improvements in my health and also in my mindset about my health, and I look forward to working with her more in the future!”
